Thank you for choosing Ascendant Oracle llc. We provide intuitive, personalized oracle readings delivered digitally by email, allowing you to receive guidance privately and at your own pace. Please review the following policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking Process

All readings are booked exclusively through our official scheduling platform, Acuity Scheduling.

Once you select your preferred service and complete payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Please note: Ascendant Oracle does not offer live sessions. All readings are delivered via email within 3–5 business days after your confirmed booking, unless a Priority service is selected.

2. Service Delivery

Your reading will be thoughtfully prepared and sent to the email address provided during booking.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you have not received your reading within five (5) business days, please contact us at contact@ascendantoracle.com for assistance.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking through Acuity’s secure checkout system.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Cancellations

Because readings are custom-created and delivered digitally, there is no scheduled appointment time to reschedule.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must submit your request within twelve (12) hours of purchase to be considered for a refund.

Cancellations submitted after work on your reading has begun or after delivery — are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when a cancellation request is received within twelve (12) hours of booking and the reading has not yet been started.

Once your reading is in progress or delivered, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.

6. Missed Bookings & Email Errors

Since there are no live appointments, there are no “missed sessions.”

Providing an incorrect or incomplete email address may result in delayed or failed delivery of your reading. Ascendant Oracle llc is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate client contact information.

7. Policy Updates

Ascendant Oracle reserves the right to modify or update this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future bookings.

2. Cancellations by You

Cancellations submitted after this window or after work on your reading has begun are not eligible for a refund.

In rare circumstances, Ascendant Oracle may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen events or operational issues.

In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Order or booking details

  • The service purchased

Requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
